Property Reassessment Update

The City of Hudson’s Assessment Office announces the completion of the Residential Data Collection Phase of the project. Property owners will receive the the information currently on file at the Assessor's Office via mail.

Beginning September 21, 2018, letters will be mailed to property owners which will include a summary of the information collected on their property. Property owners will be asked to review the information. If the information is correct, no further action will be required. If the inventory does not appear to be correct, instructions will be included as to how to submit any requested changes.

Please be aware how important the accuracy of your property is to the project, and that we strongly encourage that you review and return any corrected information as the letter instructs.
