NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the City of Hudson, New York, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 3:30 PM in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 520 Warren Street, Hudson, on the following proposed Local Laws which were adopted by the Common Council on July 17, 2012:
Proposed Local Law Introductory No. 3 of 2012 - Amending the City Code related to penalties for violation for dog owners that repeatedly violate the provisions of Chapter 70 by allowing their dog to defecate or otherwise create a nuisance upon property other than property owned or leased by the owner.
Proposed Local Law Introductory No. 4 of 2012 - A Local Law prohibiting smoking in city parks.
